Cholesterol Heart Disease Myth


Doctors have been vilifying  high cholesterol for over fifty years. They have been telling us that eating saturated fat causes high cholesterol and heart disease.

The truth is saturated fat is good for us and an essential part of our diet. The whole high cholesterol problem is a myth.  The more saturated fat you eat the higher your HDL (Good Cholesterol) will rise.
