Chapter One The True Nature Of Time

Most of us think of time in terms of the past, present, and future.  We look at the past as a set of events that are forever fixed in history and will never change. This assumption is incorrect.  There is really only on moment and that moment is NOW.

Linear time is really an illusion. It really doesn't exist in the way we imagine. The Illusion of Time  is created by our consciousness bouncing from one moment point to another giving the illusion of movement and a linear progression of events.

Each of these moment points is one static point. Billions upon billions of these moment points are seamlessly strung together, by our consciousness, to give the experience of movement and space. This process is similar to film passing in front of the bulb in a movie projector. In this analogy each frame of the film would be comparable to a moment point passing in front of our consciousness, the projector bulb.
